Blemished Hard Hats: At C.F.E., we take our quality very serious. Each hat is inspected 3 times for flaws, imperfection, and all around premium quality. I feel you should get what you pay for, and what you are paying for is a premium high-quality product, so that is the only thing we ship out.
Because of this, I have several helmets that are 100% structurally sound, with the only issue being very small flaws or slight discoloration, mostly in the extra layer of heavy duty U.V. resistant high gloss clear coat. Most flaws can’t be seen at an arm’s length.

Ordered the holiday special (lake Blue blemished hard hat, stainless screw, brim guard) and must say I’m happy with my purchase. The hard hat is really cool looking and great quality! I honestly don’t see any blemish’s. Maybe it’s because the carbon weave is tighter in some spots? I think that aspect gives it more character. Most importantly it’s very comfortable and light. Wish I had bought one sooner when I first started in the carpenters union! Would be awesome if they had some carbon feather stickers! We love stickers working union
